How do you ensure plants arrive safely during shipping?
We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the base of the plant and protect delicate foliage. Each plant is hand-inspected and hydrated before being boxed to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in peak condition.
What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within the first 30 days, simply send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Do your pots come with drainage holes?
Most of our decorative planters are designed with drainage holes to prevent root rot. For those that do not, we specify this in the product description and recommend using them as cachepots with a plastic nursery liner.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our courier's portal so you can monitor your plant's journey in real-time.
